Bill Proctor is a freelance photographer specializing in Automotive Photography. Based in Northern Virginia, Bill works throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region of the United States (MD, DC & Delaware), and has also traveled to North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey for photo assignments. Bill's portfolio ranges from auto portraits and auto restoration photos to commissioned work at car club events, car shows, and track events. Bill's work has been used by the Ferrari Club of America (FCA) in such publications as the Mid-Atlantic Region’s Membership Directory and in several “Regional Events” articles in the FCA’s Prancing Horse Magazine. Bill is currently the Regional Director for the Ferrari Club of America's Mid-Atlantic Region.
